If you cannot use the on-line service please send the filled Registration card to the address of the BackHome Animal Register.

This service is a subject to charge according to the valid price list. You will receive the filled registration card from your veterinarian that has implanted the mirochip to your animal.

It is possible to register animals with implanted microchip of whatever manufacturer.
